Connecting KDP is the most personal thing this product asks of you. So here is exactly what happens to your credentials — in plain words, and with the parts you can check for yourself.
We never ask for your Amazon password
There is no field for it, anywhere. The extension reads your reports through the Amazon session already open in your browser — the same one you use to visit KDP yourself.
Our extension cannot read your cookies
It does not ask for the “cookies” permission, so your Amazon session is never read, never stored and never sent to us. Chrome publishes every permission an extension holds, right on our Web Store page.
Amazon Ads connects through Amazon, not through us
You approve it on Amazon’s own consent screen, through their official advertising API. We receive a revocable token, encrypted at rest — never a password. You can revoke it from your Amazon account at any time.
Delete your account and it is actually gone
One click removes every row we hold for you — books, royalties, ad spend, tokens — and releases the link to your KDP account, so you could start fresh tomorrow. No export request, no email to support.
